Margaret lives in the Kingdom of Kerry (Ireland) where she avails of the abundant beautiful natural amenities such as the beaches, walkways, woods and naturally beautiful scenic countryside to add balance to her life. She lives with her husband of 30 years and their 3 dogs and 2 cats.
Finding themselves alone again as they enter another stage of life after rearing their three daughters whom they are tremendously proud of have flown the nest to live independent lives. Margaret is an endurance sports enthusiast competing in triathlons including Iron man distances, marathons, long distance cycling and open water swimming.
Margaret is currently welcoming the joy and challenge of a new stage of life, middle age, as she has just barely passed the ripe young age of 50. Margaret is embracing life, designing new goals, changing tracks to maintain balance in life so her life will remain purposeful, fulfilling, meaningful and joyous.
Margaret has a supportive and empathetic energy about her that empowers her to help people see things from a different perspective and enjoy a great motivational boost. Margaret with her extensive experience, training, natural curiosity and intuitive understanding of people allows her to connect easily with people and puts them at immediate ease. She can generate positive energy and high morale within her clients, with her incredible passion for helping people to identify the best and practical way forward through co-active coaching, accountability and action. Whatever the goals, whatever the dream Margaret will support you to achieve success. Margaret is known for her high motivation and engagement with others. Margaret had the ability to engage with clients and to provide the right level of coaching that can be backed up with personalised skills teaching when clients need some new tools to handle life’s challenges. She utilises a neuroscience approach working on integration of the whole systems mind, body and life where health and wellness is always in focus. Margaret’s coaching style is one of authenticity, of support and challenge that is focused on practical support strategies that translates to positive outcomes. She works co-actively with the client to explore and understand the real challenges and the obstacles that stand in the way. She empowers clients to find their own solutions but can offer suggested solutions when required due to her training and experience. Margaret is an experiencedFamily Support Worker, Further Education Teacher and Home Tuition Tutor(ASD) with 23 years’ experience working with individuals, families, young adults and learners. She has worked in a in a diverse range of settings including Education as an SNA & Home Tuition Tutor, Disability (Kerry Autism Services), Social (Family Support Team-Social Work Department, HSE), Community Development (Sports and Childcare provision) and Community Health Care Sectors (Kerry Intervention and Disability Services & Aspect-Cork Association for Autism. Margaret has operated a private Family Support and Home Tuition service to families, children and young people.

Health Care Assistant Trainee ship (QQI Level 5)
Special Needs Assisting Training (QQI Level 5 & 6)
Co-facilitated Healthy Sexuality Programmes in Secondary Schools.
Margaret has lectured for UCC-ACE on their Disability Studies course (level 6 & 7) Psychology and Disability (module) and she has also held the post of class tutor for their Autism Studies Course.
